The Founder of our studio, Advanced Yoga Teacher, certified Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Alignment and Sound Therapist
Internationally registered yoga teacher in the Yoga Alliance system with qualification levels: RYT 500 and the only one in Latvia with E-RYT 200, YACEP qualification (Yoga Alliance registration ID 434991), as well as with a Latvian professional education certificate “yoga specialist” and an international “ITEC” system certificate “yoga teacher, level 3”.
Sandra has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and has mastered the basics of Hatha yoga, Kriya yoga, IŅ yoga, as well as Bihar and Ajengar yoga. She has studied pranayama practices, the basics of yoga and Vedic philosophy, Ayurveda, Vedic astrology, numerology, and other complementary disciplines of yoga in Latvia, India, and Bali.
In addition, Sandra has studied Vedic and yoga philosophy in depth in the Gaudiya Vaishnavism tradition within the framework of Bhakti yoga in a serious Vedic philosophy education program under the guidance of Vaishnava teachers and spiritual leaders such as Radhanatha Swami and Bhakti Vijgiana Gosvami.
She has also studied sound healing and gong playing techniques with masters from Italy and the USA.
Sandra is an IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) internationally certified practitioner of somatic breathing and somatic therapy, as well as a registered IPHM training program instructor.

Co-founder of the studio, teacher of Vedic knowledge, lecturer
Guntars is a successful entrepreneur who has been studying the Vedas and other spiritual traditions for 25 years, learning Yoga and Vedic philosophies, the basics of Ayurveda, Vedic astrology, numerology, and other yoga subdisciplines in Latvia, India, and Bali.
Guntars has mastered the philosophy of the Vedas and Yoga in the Gaudiya Vaishnavism tradition of Bhakti Yoga in a serious Vedic philosophy training program, whose patrons are such Vaishnava teachers and spiritual leaders as Radhanatha Swami and Bhakti Vigyan Goswami. Currently, he continues his training in the philosophy programs of non-symmetrical dialectics of Vaishnava teachers. As a host of Laimavoti, Guntars has more than 5 years of experience teaching Vedic knowledge in Laimavoti retreats and practices.
He has a God-given musical talent, as well as the ability to play various sacred sound instruments, as well as guitar and drums. He has mastered sound healing and gong playing techniques with masters from Italy and the USA.
