Transformative Breath and Somatic "Calibration"

This practice induces a very relaxed, trance-like state, helping to transform deeply buried subconscious experiences, heal psycho-emotional trauma, and break free from negative behavioral patterns. The subconscious is responsible for more than 95% of the thoughts and behavior patterns that we unconsciously repeat every day. So, if we want to change our lives and change ourselves, the fastest way to do it is to “tidy up” the emotional “imprints” stored in the subconscious.

Healing active breathing practices and sound therapy help us access our consciousness to find important answers, uncover and transform unresolved experiences, beliefs, and mental programs that prevent us from growing or seeing solutions.

Through this practice, we connect all levels of our being—physical, emotional, and spiritual—allowing them to synchronize and work in harmony again.

The length, format, and cost of the session depend on the client’s wishes, which we agree on individually.
