Breath that transforms.
Breath on four levels
Physiological
The biochemistry of breathing.
Psychological
Nervous system regulation, psychosomatics and recognising the body's signals.
Energetic
Subtle anatomy and the flow of prana as seen in traditional yoga.
Spiritual
How all three levels connect with spirit and soul in the Vedic context — including the difference between kundalini and prana.
Modern breath approaches often focus only on tangible experience or on regulation. In this programme we add the yoga tradition and Vedic knowledge, without which breathwork remains incomplete.
Who this programme is for
Breath is the best cleanser of stale emotions and a powerful source of inner peace. Nail board practice lets you believe in your own inner strength: it all begins in the head.
Reflections after the training
Excerpts from participants' feedback on the breathwork course, translated from Latvian.
I really liked that the effects of all the breathing practices were explored even more deeply than in the yoga course. It created “aha” moments.
HIF1 alpha and phytoncides are things I still need to reflect on.
I also enjoyed the practical breathing. It helped me integrate the knowledge and connect with myself. The warm-up was very valuable.
It was very valuable to learn about breath holds and their effect on our bodies.
Learning about phytoncides helped me understand why I love pine forests so much, and appreciate even more how accessible these forests are to us.
I really enjoyed the morning warm-up, the practice of tuning in, and the breathing practices with your explanations.
I am deeply grateful to you both for today! My mind really needed today's structured lecture, the information Guntars shared and the motivational boost.
The day passed very quickly and was interesting. I found answers to questions that had not been fully clear, and there were many aha moments. Ready to take in more!
