Breath, sound and balance — for your team
Transformational breathing, somatic exercises, yoga, meditation and sound healing — for your team or your leaders, at your office or at the House of Devi studio in Ādaži.
The biggest costs today come from the unseen
Occupational safety has traditionally focused on physical safety. Yet the biggest costs to organisations today come from chronic overload of employees' nervous systems — it affects the quality of decisions, creativity, relationships within the team and, ultimately, the company's results.

A measurable result, not just a good feeling
- Reduces acute and chronic stress — measurably, right after the first session
- Restores employees' energy and mental clarity
- Reduces the risk of burnout and the absences that come with it
- Improves team cohesion and mutual trust
- Gives practical tools for managing everyday stress
- The option of measurable HR data — pre/post surveys and wellbeing indicators (including HRV measurements taken with a smartwatch)
Sessions are available as individual sessions, a regular weekly or monthly cycle, or as part of a wider corporate wellbeing programme.
Four ways to begin
Every session brings together practice and understanding — the team not only feels the benefit straight away, but also understands why these tools work, so they can use them day to day.

Yoga, yogic breathing, meditation and sound healing
A complete experience of restoring body, breath and mind — it activates the parasympathetic nervous system and creates a deep state of recovery that employees feel straight away.
- Yoga — adapted to any level of fitness, and possible in the office too
- Pranayama — conscious regulation of the breath, for focus or for calming down
- Meditation — open to anyone, with no experience needed
- To close — a sound bath of gongs and healing bowls

Breathing, somatics and self-regulation of the nervous system
An in-depth session on regulating the nervous system — especially for teams in a high-stress period or after intense project cycles. Employees learn concrete tools for self-regulation.
- Breathwork & pranayama — techniques for moments of stress, for tiredness, for focus
- Somatic exercises — possible in the office, with no extra equipment
- Meditation for the context of the workplace
- A closing sound bath to settle the benefits

Transformational Breath, somatic healing and sound therapy
A unique and powerful session that brings three healing methods together at once — it releases not only physical tension but also the emotional load stored deeper down.
- Conscious connected breathing (the holotropic breathwork method)
- Somatic calibration — a reset of the body and the subtle body
- Sound therapy — quartz bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks
- Also available in a private 1:1 format

Standing on nails, autophagy breathing and sound
An intense group experience that lets people move past self-limiting thoughts and feel the resources of their own inner strength. In a team format, it is a powerful catalyst for trust.
- A preparatory introduction and the setting of an intention (sankalpa)
- An autophagy breathing protocol to activate cell renewal
- Standing on the nail board with Sandra guiding (15–30 min)
- A sound bath and integration of the experience over tea
Suitable for team bonding events, for training leaders' mental resilience and for personal growth programmes. We will send a detailed proposal with prices after our first conversation.

Yoga, breath, somatic movement, sound therapy and cacao together with horses
This is not simply a class — it is a chance to stop, to slow down, to feel the connection with yourself and a real joy like the one you knew as a child. The horses help with that.
A horse has a large heart and a strong electromagnetic field — research by the HeartMath Institute describes it as up to 5 × stronger than a human’s. Horses are especially sensitive to a person’s emotional state and heart rhythm, and it has been observed that in the presence of a horse the human nervous system synchronises with the horse’s calmer, more regular rhythm — much as it does through breathing practices used to regulate the nervous system.
In many traditions — including shamanic ones and Vedic culture — the horse is regarded as a being with a strong, “neutral” field of prana: it does not accumulate and analyse emotions the way a person does, but simply reflects and balances, acting as an energetic regulator — much like somatic therapies.
In wider spiritual symbolism the horse is often linked with prana, the life force, and with solar power — an untamed but noble strength which, through spiritual practice including yoga, can be turned into directed, illuminating energy.
If you are exhausted, at a low emotional or energetic point or in burnout, or you simply need to slow down, stop, relax and restore the connection with yourself, with your own senses, with inspiration, joy, creativity and beauty — this offering is for you.
The class is also available for groups of friends and like-minded people, and for corporate clients. It takes place at an equestrian centre away from the studio; dates and the fee are agreed individually.
This class is a wellbeing and self-discovery practice, not a medical service, and it does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic care. Hippotherapy and equine-assisted therapy, as distinct methods, are used in the treatment of anxiety, PTSD and autism spectrum conditions.

Theocentricity — the foundation of a meaningful brand and a thriving business
A five-day training course for leaders and for those who run companies and teams — at your premises or at House of Devi in Ādaži.
Ten modules about what happens when the comfortable, familiar answers stop working — when success no longer brings the fulfilment you expected and the logic of competition begins to feel like a resource running dry. The course refocuses your understanding of the meaning of life, wealth, success, relationships and business, and it covers the nature of money, brand values and positioning, corporate values, recognising propaganda and cognitive technologies, as well as sound as the creative potential of consciousness.
Each module opens with practical spiritual technologies for holding the collective energy field: the fundamentals of meditation, and yogic breathing, sound and somatic techniques for regulating the nervous system and recognising the body's signals.
A glimpse of the Theocentricity course — sound comes on when you press play.

A team that breathes together — grows together.
With physically measurable mechanisms

Breathing — the most direct route to the nervous system
Breathing is the only function of the autonomic nervous system we can consciously control. Conscious regulation of the breath acts directly on the vagus nerve — lowering cortisol levels, stabilising heart rate variability (HRV) and restoring the work of the prefrontal cortex. The result: better decisions, less reactivity, more resources.

Sound — a frequency that heals
Sound frequencies affect cell physiology — in 2024 the FDA approved focused ultrasound therapy for treating tumours without surgery. Gongs and healing bowls produce precise acoustic frequencies that activate the parasympathetic nervous system and the body's own mechanisms of self-renewal.
