Yin yoga combined with a healing sound journey and live instruments — for deeper self-knowledge and spiritual growth.

Evening practice in the gong room
With Sandra and Guntars

Somatic and restorative yoga with sound therapy

Yin yoga combined with a transformational sound journey using live instruments and voice. A transformational inner journey back to yourself, including healing yoga DMT breath to awaken awareness, a restorative practice for the physical and the subtle body, and a sacred sound journey with gong, singing bowls, bells, shruti, drum, guitar and live vocal accompaniment.

  • Works on the deep connective tissue that is hard to reach in other physical classes.
  • Strengthens the connective tissue — poses are held for 3–5 minutes.
  • Widens flexibility and energy flow — we recover better and become more resilient.
  • Calms the nervous system, letting the body relax more deeply.
Vibroacoustic therapy

Yin & Sound

Yin yoga and sound healing using vibroacoustic therapy methods — an ideal practice for deeper relaxation and emotional balance. The sacred sound instruments already sound during the yoga practice and are played close to each participant, creating a healing resonance effect in every cell. It is a beautiful and deep experience.

"Yesterday I took part in the evening session "Somatic Yin & Sound", and today I feel so calm that I do not want to rush anywhere, and my body feels so grateful and released. This is definitely the most blissful practice. Thank you, thank you, thank you!" — Class participant
Note: both practice formats are also available off-site for corporate or private events.
Standing on nails

A practice in which the body learns to let go

An ancient yoga practice combined with sound therapy. Standing on special boards with nails, the body releases physical tension — circulation improves and the self-healing processes are activated.

We guide the practice step by step and at a safe pace: first the breath and preparing the body, then the standing itself together with the sound of gongs and singing bowls, and at the end — time for integration. The first time almost always comes as a surprise — not because of pain, but because of how quickly the body lets go once it stops resisting.

"I am more resilient than I thought. Letting go, acceptance and encouragement were what helped me through this practice."
